Biology Minor

Hello, I'm in need of some information and I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I was originally going to major in Biological Science but I haven't been able to pass Calculus even after taking it for the 2nd time-it's my weakest subject. Therefore, I was hoping to find a major that involved Biology without requiring me to take Calculus and can provide good jobs in the future, also.
My first plan was to get a B.Sc in Bio Sci and work in a lab or something of that sort, would a major in Human Development still enable me to do that? I was thinking of minoring in Bio Sci if I chose HDE as my major, would that be a good choice? Do I absolutely need a bachelors in Biological Science to be able to work in a lab or teach biology at the high school level? Biology was the only subject I was good at/interested in during high school and it seems that math is really getting in the way of a b.sc in biology.

I was also planning on going to grad school but would it be difficult to pursue something biology related in grad school if my undergrad degree isn't bio sci?

Thank you for your time.
