Biology or Economics

Would I have a better chance of acceptance by trying to major in Biology or Economics

(Hispanic URM - low income)

I love both, and I'll probably end up majoring in one and minoring in the other

anyone?

Choose the one that your ECs best fit. President of the science club? Go bio. Write for the Economist, go economics.

No clue otherwise. Sciences and math are getting added emphasis in the adcoms, so either one should be a good choice.

Harvard doesn't allow minors. (Sorry!)
And I don't think your indicated concentration has much of an effect on admissions. They do use that info, but more in terms of determining who your freshman adviser should be, letting departments know who might be interested in more information about them, figuring out who should contact you to answer your questions about the school, and that sort of thing, than in terms of admissions.
