Is the Biology program at RPI most biotech/molecular? Would it be sensible to go there if I'm planning on majoring in Bio and then going to grad school for zoology or something similar - not really any biotech stuff...?

You might want to check out their science page: [Science :: Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Admissions](http://admissions.rpi.edu/undergraduate/academics/sos.html)

Also, check out this very helpful pdf, which details the concentrations of each major :

If you’re not interested in molecular bio, there’s always environmental science or geology.
