Biology SAT II?

Clearly I didn't plan this out too well before... -_- I'm a junior in high school right now and I was going to take AP Bio this year, but things came up and I had to postpone it to senior year. However I still feel the need to take the Bio SAT II since I'm going to pursue a career in the medical/science field.

I've only had one summer's worth of exposure to biology the course, when I took it over the summer of 2011 (before my sophomore year). It's been 1.5 years and I don't remember much. I bought the 3rd edition of Barron's Biology SAT II prep book though, and I'm working steadily through it. Will I still be able to get anywhere above a 720 for both E/M? (I'm most likely planning on taking both.)

Is it possible to self-study and get a good score on the Bio SAT II? Thank you so much in advance! :)

Definitely take the sparknotes sat ii bio tests, you can do three for free online. I was in the same boat as you, I was taking sophomore biology but it didn’t cover any of the subjects as deeply as they were covered in the sat ii. Using the Princeton review book, I was able to get a 750 with very little related schoolwork. Just self study and you’ll be fine!
