Biologyyyy

I'm trying to self-study biology next year and I just want some tips. Is it hard, easy? I have taken honors biology and got 730 on the SAT II so I think I have a good basic knowledge, but would it consume alot of my time? Prep book is Cliffnotes, right? but is one book enought? HELP ME OUT THANK YOU!

it was hard i thought… but if u did ok on the sat II then u should be fine then

One review book will probably be enough for a 5. But this is if you completely memorize. I’d also get the PR if I were you. It’s not too bad to self study, but don’t do it all at once. Do chapters and spread it out over months b/c you’ll forget if you leave it for the week of. You can do that with some tests, but not Bio.

Bio isn’t at all difficult in the amount of materials. The difficulty lies in the fact that there is a tremendous amount to memorize.

1) Buy 1-2 books if you want.

2) study a chapter a week, make sure you memorize what it is about and tie it in to others.

3) keep doign this until you finished the book.

4) review again.

5) take as many practice tests

6) A 5 will be on your way.
