Biomedical Engineering - can I get in?

so, i'm probably the most worried person on the planet hence this post. i wanna know if, according to my hs stuff, i can get into the engineering school in new brunswick. here we go:

currently a junior in HS
Blue ribbon school
list of Schools to Watch
GPA: 3.687
APs: Statistics (junior year) Chem and Calc AB (senior year)
Honors: French, Biology, Spanish & Math (I'm a year advanced)
Sports: Field Hockey, Track & Field
ECs: Yearbook club, mock trial, model un, amnesty international, math club, piano lessons, tae kwon do, ballet, Winter League field hockey, Summer league field hockey

My science grades were high 80's and low 90's and for math I had am 86 in algebra, 90 in geomtry, 90 in trig, and 100 in precalc.

Do you think i stand a chance? I wanna do Biomedical Engineering with a track in Tissue engineering & biomolecular Engineering.

OOPS, FOROGOT:

SATs: 1650 (530-CR|610-M|510-W)
retaking them in June
taking chem, math 1, math 2, and french

ACTs: Just took them, expecting high 20’s
retaking in June

SAT is really low. Try getting 1800 at least. GPA is good enough. EC’s don’t matter. SAT II’s would be plus.
