Hello All
I have got admit for MS in Biotechnology at Upenn and MS Biomedical Engineering at Duke university.
Can anyone of you tell me which one is better course from a job prospective??
I am more interested to work in consultancy companies that deals in healthcare sector.Which uni Duke or Upenn will be better option for me
Thanks

What part of the healthcare sector do you wish to work in?

I think both options are excellent paths, but both leading in slightly different directions.

Biotechnology generally refers more to biochemical processes (i.e. brewing, recombinant dna, etc.) and would lead you to industries akin to biopharmaceuticals or biofuels.

Biomedical, on the other hand, refers more to the engineering applications on medicinal practices (treating, monitoring, and therapy). IMO, this is more mechanical and electrical in discipline. This path would lead you more to industries like patient care, drug delivery, prosthetics, etc…
