since i wanna major in business, can anyone tell me about their undergrad biz program>? is it wellknown and well-recruited?</p>

<p>I'm not sure if the standards are different for OOS students; otherwise you look like a match but not a sure thing.
My D has gone to several high school programs at Foster and has liked them a lot. It is certainly highly regarded locally, I don't know about nationally.
The weather here is mild but cloudy/drizzly a lot from October through April. It takes some getting used to but it is very beautiful.</p>

<p>When we say the weather is mild, we mean that it's usually mild, like in the 40s. We do get occasional days (or a few days in a row) with weather in the 20s and sometimes even the teens. Sometimes the weather is gray even into May and June.</p>

<p>If you were in-state, I'd say you were a match; not sure about OOS.</p>
