If you have young grandchildren, check out magnetic Picasso Tiles. My grandchildren got them last year and requested more this year. They are 30% off now and shipping was free on orders over $25.
Bombas is having a black Friday 20% off sale(code Holiday20 automatically applies). Also free shipping if you have or open a Bombas account. I bought my sister fair isle gripper slippers for Christmas.
They have just increased their sale to 25% off (GOBIG25 code automatically applies). I was going to get my sister something from Bombas a couple of weeks ago but decided to wait to see if any discounts emerged so am happy to even get 20% off and free shipping. Happy Thanksgiving!
H is getting me an Apple watch for Christmas. Is the new model that much better than last year’s one?
@toledo, sadly NO free shipping from Picasso to Hawaii, so that idea is a bust.
My computer is old and I decided that getting a new one was worth it–even if I stuck with an older version of the MacBook Air. I almost never see 25% off Apple computers, so it feels like a good deal to me!

I am not an Apple user, but a NY Times subscriber. Wirecutter posted some good deals on MacBooks from B&H Photo. It might be worth a look, and search for discount codes too!
I have my kids make their Christmas lists in Notes on their iPhones and share with me so every time they add/change it, I get a notification. They include links to websites, etc. I make a spreadsheet where I keep track of date I order/buy, price, check off when received, etc. (Four kids, I need to be organized!).
About a week or so ago, I looked at all their links. Much of what they want is clothing, and nearly everything was already on sale. I debated whether it was worth it to wait, but was worried their size/color might be sold out. I went ahead and ordered a bunch of stuff.
So today, I decided to doublecheck whether there were better sales. Nope, no better deals. In fact, one item I purchased from Abercrombie just four days ago was $44 when I bought it and the same item “on sale” today, is now $67 on sale from $90. So hmm, I guess that Black Friday deal isn’t actually a great deal!
That said, Athleta was having an “early” Black Friday sale a couple weeks ago, but today, they had better pricing one thing I purchased (a difference of $20) and also had two other items on sale today that were not included in the last sale.
It certainly is a good idea to keep an eye on pricing!
There are several streaming deals. I’ve had Hulu in the past so would need to sign up with a different email, I guess.
Edit - and a zillion more offers.
lots of streaming deals here:
Britbox is $10 for 3 months until Dec. 3rd.
Thanks about the Grandebrow tip. I also used it, it took longer than 6 weeks for me, but my eyebrows are so much fuller. Feels back to normal. I just started using the one for lashes. I think it’s probably the same formula, but the brush is very narrow to get close. I just the brown one every other day.
Allbirds wool tree runners are 30% off today. Sales for that shoe are very rare, and Santa has been informed on my behalf.
If you bought the Penzey’s gift cards on sale, redeem them today and also get 25% off the luxe vanilla extracts like Madagascar; 25% off gift boxes and a free Penzey’s pepper jar and free hot chocolate mix.
Every year our grocery store - Shoprite - has a BF deal where if you buy $100 in gift cards (excludes Shoprite, Mastercard/Visa/Amx) you get a $20 coupon off your next grocery order. There’s a short window to redeem it, but we always do the deal and stock up on stuff like expensive seafood or whatever that we normally don’t buy. (My husband and I each have separate Shoprite cards, so we do the deal twice…)
United Airlines has some good award travel deals for winter travel to some European destinations. Probably of greatest interest to those with kids abroad and skiers - iow, those who aren’t looking for Paris in spring! (But you could hit Paris for the January sales…)
BF deal only through tomorrow.
Alaska Air sent an email with a BOGO ticket sale to Mexico, the Bahamas, and other warm foreign places they fly.
BFBOGO23 By 11:59 pm tonight.
Anyone find deals other than travel?
I’ve been to Paris in January (almost 24 years ago) and had just as wonderful of a time as when I’ve been in spring, summer or fall.
Underarmour has 40% off, free shipping. Not sure I know enough about UA sizes for recipients (or self) to take advantage.
