<p>-Ron Brown Scholarship-10,000 per year is the biggest that I can think of at the moment</p>

<p>Ron Brown scholarship requires financial need, as do most scholarships for top students. The exception is the National Achievement scholarships and the hefty merit awards that many colleges give to National Achievement scholars.</p>
<p>I've actually encountered a few scholarships for black that don't require financial need, but I don't remember their names. Have you tried the Ben Carson Scholars (just google it).</p>
<p>There are probably others. Try searching for some through a yahoo search.</p>
