Schools
CMU
bROWN
Bucknell
Lehigh U
U Penn
Lafayette

Even though you're black, your test scores are still way too low for upenn, brown, cmu, or lehigh. Idk much about bucknell and lafayette. Your ECs are decent, although not spectacular, but your awards seem pretty good (if you could elaborate on your awards that would make chancing you a bit easier). Your GPA and rank are very good, so you probably just need to improve your test scores.

CMU--Slight Reach
bROWN--Reach
Bucknell--Match
Lehigh U --slight Reach
U Penn--Reach
Lafayette--Match

I'm going to tell you what I think you already know:

With better test scores you would have excellent chances at Penn and Brown, but with your current scores you have little to no chance at these schools.

Just work on the test scores this summer--use the xiggy method (see the permanent thread at the top of the SAT/ACT forum on CC which describes this). Basically the point is that you have to take the "10 Real SATs" book, take the tests, then study the questions and understand why you are missing certain questions. Based upon your GPA and ECs, I'm sure you will have no problem moving up these scores by around 100 points each if you just take the time and put your mind to it.

Best of success.

P.S. Taking 6 APs your senior year is unnecessary--I'd limit yourself to no more than 4.
