Has anyone been accepted to the Blair School of Music (specifically clarinet)? Does the Music School give out their acceptances before the other applicant pool?

In the thread below which questions if acceptances can be accessed online, one of the admissions counselors mentions that letters for all accepted students not previously notified (Mosaic, Chancellor's finalists) will be mailed around the 27th.

I have friends here in the metro-Atlanta area who have already heard of their acceptance to Blair. Of course, these are all fantastic, high-caliber musicians who auditioned at NEC, MSM, CIM, Juilliard, and other top notch conservatories. I think Vandy might have notified them earlier to entice them with scholarship offers. I know several string, brass, and woodwind (yes, clarinet) players who have already heard back for several weeks now.

My D received a letter last week from Blair dated March 9 offering acceptance to Viola performance. Sorry I don't know anything about the woodwinds.

I was accepted as a Vocal Performance major yesterday. I think the music school does send out its letters first, as my friends who applied only to Vanderbilt have not heard yet.
