Recs should be very good.
Essay, I feel confident about. I'm a good writer, and have begun work on an essay. It starts out describing my first ever visit to the American Museum of Natural History, and goes on to discuss how it developed my interest in anthropology, which led to my summer course at Brown, which was not just an experience that led to a greater appreciation for and knowledge of the discipline of anthro, but an experience that taught me a lot about myself, as I had never been away from home before.

Other:
Location: Long Island, New York
School Type: Very competitive Catholic

Gender: Male

Seaghost, I think you have nothing to worry about. I think you are competitive at all of the schools you'd be interested in (all Ivies included). I think Georgetown is a MATCH for you w/ your #s and other attributes. Good Luck, and enjoy your Senior Year @ Chaminade!!.

I definitely don't think Georgetown is anywhere near a match, but thank you!

And how did you know I got to Chaminade?!

Just a good guess.

If anything, the only thing I think you need to possibly improve on would be your SAT2 test scores. You might consider using the October administarion for those instead of the SAT1 (your scores there are clearly good enough). Your SAT2 scores are pretty good now, but the higher the better. You're definately a match at Georgetown.
