For those of us who will be entering TAMU as TEAM students, I’m curious about when/how we register for the required advising session. Also, anyone who can share your experience about what we need to do would be greatly appreciated. On AIS, it has a link about registration dates but only offers little information about the session.
Is it possible to also see a TAMU adviser while we’re at it? I’m OOS so I’d like to get as much done as possible in this one-day visit!
My son just transferred from TEAM to full-time at A&M. He had to attend advising at Blinn (https://www.blinn.edu/team/advising_day.html) and a New Student Conference at A&M (http://newaggie.tamu.edu/freshmen/at-your-nsc/nsc-dates-freshman/). Note that not all NSC sessions accommodate TEAM students. I’m not sure if you can coordinate the two, so check the dates on the links I provided. A&M advisors will be on hand for Blinn College Advising Days, which are solely for TEAM/TEAB students.
Thanks! I’m registered for NSC, but waiting for Blinn TEAM advising dates to open for registration. The TEAM advising link that AIS provides only gives the anticipated dates, so I was wondering if anyone knew when registration opens up. As great as it would be to align NSC with Blinn, it’s not possible for me. But it’s good to know that advisers from A&M will be available!
Central Tx parent, do you mind if I ask you a few questions? I can’t find the infirmation on Blinn Team tuition. I’m looking for a breakdown of rates and fees for both Blinn and TAMU, especially since TAMU will only be a few hours. Thank you.
