<p>im sure if they offer you waitlist, you get the other 3 options too, and with his scores he probably would be auto admit but he probably isnt top 25%.</p>

<p>yea but he is OOS, and alot of people with good stats dont get in, i mean UT CAPd people with sats just as good as his, it really just depends on alot of factors</p>

<p>And here is the injustice in the whole admissions process, people like him will not be admitted even when <em>most</em> of their stats are better than others applying from instate. However, lets just get real here, zaqwsx170 was hurt mostly by his rank. 89% of admitted students are in in top quarter and 99% of students are top half of their high school class. If what he says about his rank is accurate, he had a verrrrryyyy poor chance of acceptance based on this stat alone.</p>
