Blount Initiative and Honors Housing

I am considering applying for the Blount Initiative, but it requires living in the Blount dorm the first year, and I want to live on campus all four years. Are Blount students allowed move into honors housing their sophomore year, assuming they were an honors student their freshman year?

Students participating in the Blount Undergraduate Initiative have been allowed to live in honors dorms after their first year living in Blount. However, it is unlikely that students will be able to live on campus for all four years unless they have a medical need or are employed as an RA. The majority of students eventually want to move off campus as it is, so in future years a junior/senior would likely have freshman and possibly sophomore roommates.

There are off campus apartments which are closer to certain parts of campus than some of the on-campus residence halls.
