<p>I have several questions regarding questions in the blue book. </p>
<p>Number 12 on pg 952. I understand that you add all of the angle and subtract those from 360 to find the missing angle. Now, to find x the book is saying you subtract 75 from 180..but if A D and E all lie on the same line why don't you add A and D and then subtract that from 180 to find x?</p>
<p>Also, for number 15…why do you multiple 8 by radical 3 to find the length of BE?</p>

<li>tan A = BE/AE
=> BE = tan A<em>AE = 8</em>tan 60 = 8*sqrt(3)</li>

<p>You might want to post the full question since I have noticed there are a lot of people that are very good with math but don’t have the BB sitting next to them ;p
