Are there any books/websites that give detailed (easy to read!!) solutions for these?

Thanks!

For the math sections at least, you can access video explanations to
all of the blue book tests(2nd edition) at www.satquantum.com/satstudyguide . There are
others who have done similar explanations: www.khanacademy.com , www.grockit.com,
www.patrickjmt.com, and a few others. You can find them on YouTube as well.
You might prefer one over the other

As for the written explanations, collegeboard does provide explanations
to all of the questions in the bluebook(including verbal). Let me dig that link.
A search in this forum should also bring that up. It is free. Personally, at least for the math,
I have trouble digesting their explanations. But you should test them to
see if you find them effective.
