<p>Not international. Just want the blue book and am concerned that I have not received it yet.</p>

<p>I got mine a couple days ago and I’m in the central US. Give it a few more days. Then I’d call. If not, it is available online. Peruse the DukePass website and you’ll find it in a PDF form. Or I got an email with a link to the Blue Book a couple days ago too.</p>
