Bm / ba?

Hi! I was wondering if it is possible to complete a dual degree at Rutgers in which I could earn a BM in piano performance as well as a BA in a math or science. Thanks!

A B.M. in piano performance from the Mason Gross School of the Arts. Their FAQ website states that with careful planning a student can have a second major. This may just mean that you can have two majors within Mason Gross. Once you’ve been accepted to the Mason Gross B.M program you would talk with the Dean of Students about adding a second major.
A B.A. in math or science at Rutgers is going to be from the School of Arts and Sciences, which will have different core requirements than the Mason Gross School. If it does turn out that you are unable to get a B.M. and a B.A., there is the option of a dual major within the School of Arts and Sciences with a B.A. in music and a B.A. in math or science.
I would ask Mason Gross School of the Arts directly to see if this is a possibility. You can contact them online here- [Contact Us | Mason Gross School of the Arts](http://www.masongross.rutgers.edu/contact)

Thank you for the detailed information.
