BME at Duke or UVA Rodman Scholar?

<p>My S was accepted both to Duke and the Rodman Scholar program at UVA and wants to study Biomedical Engineering. While Duke's undergrad program for BME is ranked #3, the Rodman Scholar program is very prestigious. I asked this question on the UVA thread and got, obviously, UVA related responses. What do others think? We are OOS so tuition is about the same - not enough difference to make it a factor in the decision.</p>
