I got accepted into GWU and BU for undergrad BME and I need to learn more about them!
Its hard to tell what’s going on at GW bc of how little information is given.
BME MAJORS!
Anyone know how good the GW program is?
Undergrad research opportunities?
Lab facilities?
Grad school/ job future?
I don’t have a whole lot of experience on the topic but I can provide the little I know…
A close friend graduated with a BME degree and really enjoyed his time at GW. I’m not sure where he might have interned, but I know there are a lot of great places in the area like NIH for example. As far as job future, I only have my assumptions that it’s really good considering advances in health care and the need for things such as improved prosthetics.
Hope this little bit helps!
well we got the new engineering building so I’m sure we got a leg up on BU on labs
Thanks guys. I am visiting GW tomorrow and hope to learn more about the program. Im not worried about student life (GW has that covered), more about the academics.
