BME ->/+ Comp. Engineering?

I’ve been admitted to JHU BME, but I’m also interested in comp. engineering/science.

I was wondering about the following two possibilities:

If I decide sophomore or even junior year that BME is not for me, would it still be possible to switch to computer engineering or science and graduate within 4 years total?

As rigorous as BME is, would it even be remotely possible to double major in BME and comp. engineering or comp. science?
— Are there a lot of similar/overlap classes that could be counted towards both degrees?

Thanks in advance!

You can certainly switch from BME to Computer Science without a problem. Whether or not you graduate in 4 years depends on what you will have already taken. If you’re taking your BME courses but taking a CS course on the side in each of the first 2-3 semesters, then you shouldn’t have any problems.
