BME grad school chances for a physics major

I was wondering, could anyone could give me a fairly accurate guess as to what my chances would be for admissions into a 1st or 2nd tier BME graduate program? And are there any specific courses beyond the basic biology and chemistry courses that the majority of schools require you to have before they even look at you? I have a 3.9 GPA, haven't taken the GRE yet, and I've done two REU programs over the past two summers. Thanks
