BME&physicsss

Hey so I am a junior this year and I'm doubling up on sciences, taking AP Bio and Phys & Anatomy

I want to major in Biomedical Engineering and I was wondering if I could get away with not taking Physics?

I'm already planning on taking:
AP Calc
AP Govt & Pol/Econ
AP Chem
Sr Writing/(some English elective) or AP Comp/Lit
Symphony

I would loooove to only have 5 classes, which means 2 free periods... but I know a lot of places want you to have taken Physics

My options are Physics, Physics Honors, or Physics AP and the third option is out of the question for me considering all my other AP classes

Also, I can take Chem or Chem AP... so what should I do?

bummppppp please?

bump any ideas…

If the “most rigorous” sequence at your school is AP Chem as a junior and AP Physics as a senior, then you are fine.

I understand physics is important for engineering applicants, but having two APs is pretty good too.

Is it possible to switch out AP Chem for AP Physics (take physics now and chem next year)? That would be an answer to your conundrum.
