BME undergrad - UConn vs Rutgers $$

<p>Two schools each with a reputable BME undergrad program in the East, UConn and Rutgers.
In terms of cost of attendance for me, UConn $25,800(new england regional) and Rutgers $35,000 (OOS)</p>

<p>I was wondering what the thoughts are on what I should choose.</p>
