<p>Boarding school applicants are coming out in a month or so, and then the interview, rec's, etc., and the thing keeping you going is knowing (hoping) one day you'll be accepted into your "dream school." Some people like to imagine themselves at a particular school—so do it here. Feel free to be melodramatic and add lots of insane adjectives that might not make sense.</p>

<p>I’d like to play down the ‘dream school.’ I think some will be lucky enough to get their first choice, but because the schools are so competitive, many will not. Try to keep an open mind. There are upsides and downsides to all of these schools esp the GLADCHEMMS which any one of them will provide a great education and experience. I’d definitely only apply to schools for which if selected, you would be happy to attend. Think of it more as all great opportunities, and hopefully you’ll be given tough choices to make including whether or not to attend a local PS option if you have a good one.</p>
