<p>Under normal circumstances:
I look straight into anyone’s eyes.
I grin constantly.</p>
<p>Under unusual circumstances:
Add: I bite my lips.</p>
<p>Normally:</p>
<p>Blinks a lot, especially when socially uncomfortable.
Flashes a thumbs up rather than answer a question verbally.
Runs hand across forehead from left to right to clear bangs from eyes (only when in need of a haircut).
Paces around when thinking or talking.</p>
<p>When playing carpetball:</p>
<p>Holds ball out at arm’s length towards the target before throwing.
Catches opponents’ throws and tosses them up, then snaps the ball out of the air before throwing it back.
Clears bangs way more than actually needed.
Holds hand palm forward “you shall not pass” when a ball is rolling into his pocket.
Predicts the side opponents will miss on with a wave of the hand as they throw.</p>
<p>Last week at camp one guy who was playing me started imitating all these, which was hilarious.</p>

<li><p>When I get bored or am annoyed at someone, it’s really easy for them to tell. I’m not entirely sure why, but I think it’s because I cut them off a lot midsentence (I know, bad habit) and/or look around. A lot.</p></li>
<li><p>I pick at my pimples and/or my skin. I HATE THIS HABIT.</p></li>
<li><p>I pick at the stuff under my fingernails. It keeps them clean.</p></li>
<li><p>…and when I have nail polish, I always seem to pick at it.</p></li>

<p>And that’s all I can think of.</p>
<p>I look at people when speaking. I crack my kunkles. I write in the air when I think. I bite my nails.<-really have to stop. I use my hands a lot when I talk.</p>

<p>I fiddle with my collarbone and sometimes my ear. </p>

<p>Ah, I do this too. It’s as if I have been given all these mannerisms in lieu of a red stamp that says “AWKWARD ALERT” on my forehead.</p>
