You do have a point, that 120k per year is not that much once you start moving downstate. For Engineering they are going to want work ethic and strong grades in math//science. Soccer could be a hook for you. Have you done community service or other ECs?

University of Delaware - Undecided-High Match. For Engineering it appears competitive because they have a solid program there.

University of Massachusetts - Amherst - Undecided- Match.

Penn State University - University Park - Rejected - Mechanical Engineering- Im sorry :(

University of New Hampshire - Undecided- low reach

SUNY Stony Brook - Mechanical Engineering- High Match. This is one of the other University Centers in the SUNY Program that is strong with Engineering, so it is rather competitive, but not as competitive as Binghamton’s or Buffalo’s Engineering programs.

Penn State - Berks College - Accepted - Mechanical Engineering- Congrats :)

Good Luck with it all!

all safeties except amherst (reach) and del and penn state (matches). senior grades matter. not as much as junior grades, but colleges want to see that you’re still trying, you don’t have intense seniorities, you sincerely want to learn, and you want to continue challenging yourself. a severe drop in senior grades can hurt.
good luck!
