<p>We had to read one of the following books for APUSH:</p>
<p>The lies my teacher told (somewhat scholarly written from what I heard, but I never read it)
Don't know much about history by Kenneth C Davis. (I read this one. It wasn't bad.)</p>
<p>For U.S. History get A People's History of the United States by Howard Zinn.</p>
<p>ap lit i have never seen an actual post of succesful books, i took it just take practice exams, MC and Fr. Res. and grade them.
repeat repeat repeat, and when your not sure what to do repeat to the 10th power. LOL
USH eith amsco or rea (i used internet and fast track)</p>
<p>definitely REA for APUSH.
we used Howard Zinn's book as well. it gives you materials to write about in your essays, not to mention adding a bit personality in them.</p>
