Books for Math IIC?

What are some good prep books for Math IIC? I'm taking it in December. Is 2 weeks enough to prepare (I won't be able to start until next week)? I really want an 800.

There are many, many threads about this.

PR has good reviews. If you want to overprepare, try Barron's.

Two weeks ... Are you good at math? Are you good at pacing yourself, and taking tests quickly with relatively few mistakes? If so, you should be fine.

I advocate PR.

I'm ok at math. I'm in mv calc but that has nothing to do w/ IIC. I am in a math structures class at the local university. I took a barron's practice and did pretty poorly (6 wrong, 2 omitted) so I wanna study lots to get a solid 800. I'll use the PR book. Are there any others?

Oh, if you really want to study lots ...

I have two older brothers, and I swear we own every prep book on the face of this earth. For Math IIC:

REA SAT MATH IIC : Good for practice problems, actually, but no prep for specific sections.

PR SAT II Math WorkOut: Separate from their SAT II math book, this has less conceptual review and more practice. Extremely easy but quick and good review.

Barron's: As always, overpreps.

Kaplan: Nice - not very good at teaching the material but good practice.

There are others, but none seem to stick out in my mind.

also look at used books here: http://www.aboutsat.com/ebay/

Barron's has a very good IIC review. The material really over-prepares you for the test. Don't worry about the test. I'm sure a combination of several study books will help you well.

REA REA REA!!

Barron's tests are too tough.however, prep is good..I never managed over 650 while doing it,but still got 800 in IIC

If you do well on Barron's, you will get an 800.

Good luck on the test!

Barrons = overkill. However I used Barron's and got an 800 on math level 2.
