<p>As for books, I used the Princeton and Kaplan review books. The Kaplan tests were a good practice of the concepts. If you have an iPad or an apple product you can buy it on itunes for like $7. While the Princeton was more difficult it covered more topics than the Kaplan did and the practice tests were more difficult.</p>
