15 September I bought two books through Internet web site Amazon.com SATII Math Kaplan and SATII Biology Kaplan for 40$. They I'll receive my books in 11-18 days, but almost one month paased and I have not gotten any shipment yet.

What should I do? Amazon.com only stole my money.

check you account using your email address and password.....they should have your shipping status...also try to call customer service phone number:::its hard to find (trust me) but I found it....

Amazon US Customer Service
1.800.201.7575 (Toll free, US and Canada)
1.206.346.2992 or 1.206.266.2992 (Outside US and Canada)
1.877.586.3230 (Canada only)

You should log on and there is a shipping status area that tells you exactly what stage your order is at. One month is entirely too long to not take action.

You can take free practice SAT II tests on sparknotes.com (just create a new account when you want to take another test). The same thing kinda happened to me. I bought a Kaplan AP US Governement on Amazon, and it said that it would be a special order but they would get it. Then, a few days later, they sent a email saying they wouldn't be able to get it and (since I had bought other stuff) would be $1.10 short of the free shipping and handling! Oh well. Hope you get your stuff.

Contact Customer Service. I didn't get a DVD that I ordered nearly a month after I paid for it, and they sent one out overnight shipping upon receiving my e-mail.

Did you get free shipping? That has taken me 3 weeks before.

Try again logging into your account and going to:

Greenstorm, do you want me to post you the Kaplan SATII Biology E/M 2004-2005 edition book? I have an unused copy. I seem to remember you are in Europe and I am in UK so postage shouldn't be too high. My husband travels to the US frequently and brought this back when we thought my daughter might take the biology SAT II in June - she didn't and this book is ununsed. I am making this offer because I know how frustrating it can be for us internationals to get US college prep materials - it is all very well for people to say 'order it from amazon' but sometimes that isn't an option or is way too expensive. Let me know. If I do send it off to you, I would only ask that you pass it on to somebody else who needs it when you are done.

Although your post may not arrive on time, I very appreciate your offer, and it can be very useful for my second taking in January, 22.
I promise this book will be passed to somebody who needs it later.

GreenStorm, I am assuming you do not want your address posted in this forum so I am trying to contact you privately. Am having trouble so have asked the forum administrator for help - as I explained in my note to the administrator, I am not an internet savvy youngster but an aged parent in need of assistance. With any luck we'll get this worked out soon and once I have your address, I will send the book off.

Astrix - thanks. That finally worked - dont' know what I was doing wrong the first couple of times. And my 17 year old d wasn't here to help me - she's the one I rely on too to set the VCR.....
