I totally forgot about that book. It was really, really sad at the end. I think I did cry after I read that.

The Kite Runner

No book has ever made me cry. Yes, I have no soul.

Daughter of the Forest.

the only one i can remember now..for movie
Artificial Intelligence

i can't remember most. and they were ones that no one else would cry from lol like some book about army/navy football... yeah it was sad though. oh and Summer Sisters which is one of my favorite easy-to-read books ever

anyway i just read All Loves Excelling and i cried at the end. and it was somewhat about applying to colleges and stuff too so it was fitting for right about now

movies that make me cry (sometimes): beaches, ghost, steel magnolias, hardball, sweet november, remember the titans, philadelphia, the dangerous lives of altar boys, the shawshank redemption, can't remember the rest

Not sure if someone's said this but.. Of Mice and Men. Freshman year. I cried a RIDICULOUS amount. loud, painful, swollen tears.

as far as movies go, one that really stands out is House of Sand and Fog (based off a book I have, but have yet to read.)

No book has made me CRY yet. I cry during some movies though, like Simon Birch.

Cried:
East of Eden
Of Mice and Men
Bridge to Terabithia

Deeply moved:
When Heaven and Earth Changed Places
Animal Dreams
The Sound and the Fury

Les Miserables!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Both musical and the book brought me to tears.

-Of Mice and Men
-Lord of the Flies
-Harry Potter
-Night
...I'm sure there's more that I can't think of now

Even though this post is about books, I ALWAYS start crying in movies/books when an animal, especially dogs, gets killed or hurt. Like in Homeword Bound, when Shadow is stuck in that muddy hole and can't get out! Or in Air Bud, when the boy is telling Buddy to get lost! It's just so sad.

Jack and the bean Stalk

of mice and men. i cried so much ;(

i thought the anne frank's diary would make me cry, but it didn't. no gory stuff, so no. :p

Wileys - Introduction to quantum mechanics ;'((((((

The Elfstones of Shannara by Terry Brooks. I felt like I got very close to the characters' and it really surprised me at the ending when my hope for them shattered. What made it a good story was that the ending was something I wouldn't have agreed, imagined and wanted to happen but it did and it did so reasonably and beautifully.

Jane Eyre, the first and only one that did.

The Notebook.

shut up. :)

A Little Princess.

Movie: Artificial Intelligence (yes)

Books: Pinnochio (before kindergarten)
The Velvetine Rabbit (in kindergarten)
Where the Red Fern growns.
