<p>Anyway, for SAT II Bio, I suggest Barrons. It will overprepare you, but it's good (just not user-friendly). You might also think about complementing it with the CliffNotes AP Bio prep book. Barrons delves into the details while CliffNotes outlines the major concepts. A nice combo.</p>

<p>They are the same. SAT II Biology has a few questions that deal with molecular bio and environmental bio. You only need to take one, E or M, based on what you learned. </p>
