hey, can i order books online NOW b4 the fall? or is it better and/or cheaper to go to the ucla store during wk zero?

when is the ucla store packed w/ ppl getting books?

and also, does the ucla store have a price list so that we can compare its prices with those of amazon, etc... ? and if we buy books online (ie. amazon), we pay out of pocket? and if so, are we reimbursed?

Links to the bookstore prices of each class are on the schedule site (like this one for math 32a: http://www.registrar.ucla.edu/schedule/detselect.aspx?termsel=07F&subareasel=MATH&idxcrs=0032A+++). Just click "Textbooks." And I believe we have to pay for books with no reimbursement (correct me if I'm wrong), whether from the bookstore or elsewhere.

for me it says:

The textbooks for this section could not be found at this time. Please check back at the bookstore later for more information.

hmm..
