Boooze.

I'm HELLA siked to go to college - the school I go to is known as a 'party' school. I'm not much of a drinker but everyone I know is and I'm assuming party = alcohol & drugs.

So I'm just curious - If you get caught at a party where people are underage drinking/doing drugs and you haven't done anything do you get in trouble? & if so, how much trouble?

I hope you’re not a “sike” major, because you sound like a sikopath. Sike!

Dude it varies place to place. Get there, and ask upperclassmen.

I’ve been arrested for underage drinking, my lawyer got the charges dropped but I was put on probation. The cops do need proof that you broke the law, this usually entails the breathalyzer.

If your in an area with underage drinking, but your not drinking ( and your underage to drink) I don’t think you can get arrested. Remember your adults, that’s just like saying an adult underage of 21 can not be around drinking? That wouldn’t make sense. So ofcourse you’ll be okay.

remember: people at college are VERY interested in knowing exactly how totally wasted you are, proper party etiquette dictates that you should yell about it at any opportunity!

^actually i was under the impression that many people just go to parties, pretend to get drunk, and then laugh at those who do :)
