Borat goes to Ivies

Hi, I am from Kazakhstan and I applied to Yale early action.
However, my act score is 25, while gpa is 5.0/5.0, and I have important republican achievements and some international in the sphere where i apply, and fantastic essays as others said.
I took an ACT in other country alone, without money,Internet (i was 15) and got a low score, and wrote my story of taking act to the admission.
I am also head of the 4 societies at school, and have great recommendations.
Exact rank in class-1, school ranks 8th in the country.
What do you think about my chances to get into yale with low act score?
Additionally, I applied to Harvard,Princeton,Cornell in regular decision

As an international, your odds are about 3%. After that, whether your personal odds are higher or lower than that is impossible to predict. Your ACT will likely be evaluated in comparison with kids from your region of the world who are in similar socio economic circumstances (IE., you won’t be compared to the prime minister’s daughter.) Your national and international activities will matter more but they will likely admit only one or two from the region with your profile and no one one can tell you if it’ll be you.
I would STRONGLY recommend you apply to more than these universities - Amherst, Carleton, Davidson, Macalester, Tufts will likely treat your application differently than the Ivies you listed since they get fewer applications from your region of the world.

I agree with @MYOS1634 while your grades and ECs may be good, your ACT does hinder your chances, especially as an international student. However, if you apply to some smaller, non-ivies (including LACs) you will stand a better chance.
