<p>They still have the same options. However, if you apply late, you may still be put into North campus even though you check off Central/Hill. Last year, U-M was surprised by the larger than expected enrollment (about 500 more) so the late comers got stuck in whatever spaces they can found including Oxford housing. So the best way is to submit your housing application as soon as possible.</p>
