Bored? Why not chance me?

Posted before, but got very few answers...decided to give it another shot!

White male (not good already, right??)
Junior at a large and not "competitive" school in PA

Planned major: biology, maybe? (Definitely a pre-med track.)

Cumulative GPA: 96.7/100
Junior year: 3.9 (Don't have 9th/10th grade numbers in front of me to convert...hopefully the cumulative will give you an idea.)

Rank: not 100% sure, but my GC hinted somewhere in the top 10 out of a class of more than 400

SAT I: untaken as of now, but I scored a 207 on the PSATs...I'm in an SAT prep class at school and also have a tutor. Certainly going to do my best to get it above 2200, which is well in my reach.

Courseload: hardest possible--have taken ALL honors freshman and sophomore, APs are only available to juniors and seniors
Junior year:
AP US History
AP Biology
AP Chemistry
Honors English III
Honors Elementary Analysis
Spanish III

And I will be taking 4 APs senior year (English Lit/Comp, Calc AB, Physics, and Euro History). With that, I will have taken every AP my school offers.

Short list of ECs:
--volunteered at an international aerobics/hip-hop competition in Los Angeles the past two summers, mainly gopher work; overall this got me about 250+ hours combined
--HIGHLY involved at my church; altar server since 1999, constant volunteering at bible school, picnic set up, etc. Honestly, I can't even begin to count how many hours this might be. Well over 1000 over the years, I'm sure.
--taking on the organization of the local Lions Club golf tournament with my dad this summer, involving sponsorships, scheduling, and all that fun stuff
--bowling team (9, 10, 12) Last year, I won Most Improved bowler within our league...about my only athletic accomplishment ever!!
--golf team (11, 12)
--student council representative (11)
--going to be running for senior class treasurer or secretary this year, but I can't guarantee how successful that will be
--applied to TASP and the congressional page program; again, can't guarantee how successful those will be, but just wanted to point that out

Work experience:
--job as a dietary aide at my local hospital; takes up about 15-20 hours a week

My problem is that I feel like my ECs are lacking, but I do think the competition in LA is a definite hook. I want to show with my ECs that I pursue things I love, even if I'm not necessarily the best at them. The hours I've put in these things mean more to me than joining all of the clubs at school. Will this show in my app, or am I lacking in this area? Also, sorry about the lack of test scores. That will all change by June, I promise!
