<p>since its a slow time in forums right now since nothing much is happening other than us sitting around and worrying i thought you guys might want to help and let me know my shot before i hear back next month. </p>

<p>Last Summer I worked full time 40 hours a week as Recreation Leader at a Chicago Public Park
2 summers ago I worked 40 hours a week as a Paralegal Intern for a Law Firm </p>

Varsity Men's 16 inch Softball(they only play this in the chicago area) (3 years varsity)

<p>I wrote my Why Oberlin essay on the resources that Oberlin had and the small learning enviornment that it fosters. </p>

The Economics Professor sent me a letter.
The Lacrosse coach gave me a call about my interest.</p>

<p>You look like you have a pretty good chance especially since you are the first generation to go to college. They will be more easier on you. :) Your GPA is good too and you too a rigorous course load. Good luck though</p>
