Boston college- ea candidate?

BC is my daughter's number 1- she has a 3.67 uw gpa and 32 ACT
with 2 varsity sports and volunteering.
Her resume will not change for RD round vs EA- is EA too risky for her though

Risky? How so?

If your daughter doesn’t get in EA she’ll be deferred to the RD pool. If she’s rejected EA, then BC is saying that she would have been rejected regardless of the timing of her application submission. EA benefits the school. They get to see the applications of students expressing strong interest in their college. They only need to admit those students that would have admitted regardless of timing and then defer the remaining students to RD.
