Boston College Early Action or Regular Decision??!!

I am an International student with a 3.5 unweighted GPA, a total SAT of 1820 (Math-670 Critical Reading: 580 Writing:570).
I am dying to go to BC; it is my number 1 choice. I don't need financial aid. I am a member of HACIA Democracy (9th, 10th, 11th, 12th Grade; have attended 2 international conferences and am attending another one in 2015), Charity Club (9th, 10th, 11th, 12th Grade) Varsity Volleyball Team (9th, 10th, 11th, 12th Grade; have won 3 national championships in my 4 years playing), President of Social Work (11th Grade) and Senior Class President (12th Grade). I attended Culver Military Academy for three consecutive summers where I graduated from one of the highest and most prestigious ranks one could earn: Regimental Tuxis Commander. Also, at Culver I was a Unit Commander (most coveted position in all of camp) for a week. I am Red Book and Blue Book Sailing Certified. I am currently taking 3 AP Courses my Senior Year and took two AP courses my Jr. Year. I am Red Cross First Aid Certified and am the Financial Management Director in a Red Cross Organization founded by myself and a friend. I worked at a yogurt shop this past summer.
I am planning to study Finance and Economics in the Carrol School of Management at BC.
So, the big question is; should I apply to BC, EA or RD?? Do I have a chance of getting in?

Either way, BC is going to be a stretch. You need to increase your SAT score by at least 200 points. This is especially crucial as an int’l student. If I were you, I would go RD because it would give you a better chance to improve your score and have a stronger application.
