Boston college REA or Cornell ED? Due next week!

Would I even be considered as an ED applicant to Cornell? What about Boston college Restrictive early action?
Intended Major: political science
Classes:
Freshman year: Algebra, English and History H (Science H or Honors electives not offered) Italian 2 (HARDEST SCHEDULE OFFERED)
Sophmore year: AP Us History 1 (Exam taken in Junior year) English Honors... I dropped to Geometry CP and therefore had to take Biology CP
Italian 3
Junior:AP Language and Composition, AP Government and politics, AP US History, Italian 4 Honors, Contemporary Issues H, (but algebra II and chemistry CP)
*I got a 5 on all three AP exams
As a senior I plan to take: AP Psychology AP Macro/Micro-economics, AP Italian language, AP Literature, physics CP, calculus Cp, Philosophy (but only one half year study which is small compared to most students)

Weakest part of my transcript are my science/math classes that were college prep instead of honors. Of the six CP classes I took, three of them were forced due to the schools scheduling inability.
However, I never took any free periods or studies

If I raise my ACT to a 32+ (as planned) should I have a chance to get into Cornell ED or am I hopeless due the CP math and science? (I am only interested in some subjects more than others) I am leaning towards Restricted Early Action-ing to Boston College

A 32 or better on the ACT would put you at the 75th percentile for Boston College, and well over the 50th percentile for Cornell. Between the strong extracurricular resume, a decent GPA (I’m only guessing, since neither of them show average GPA on their admissions profiles), and the benefit of applying early, you’d have a reasonable chance at either of those schools.

Oh, and don’t worry too much about the forced CP classes. Just try to let your guidance counselor know to mention the circumstances in the school profile, and colleges will know that you still took the most challenging courses available.
