Boston College vs Boston University for Pre-med

I got accepted into both BU and BC and am planning to follow the Pre-med track. I heard great things about both school, but am still having a hard time deciding between them still.

BC is a “higher ranking” school and heard that they don’t deflate their grades as much as BU; however, according to some posts on StudentDoctor and Reddit, I heard that their STEM field is not too hot.

On the other hand, I heard BU has a decent STEM field and since it is in the heart of Boston and has its own Medical school, it is better for hospital volunteering and internship; but, there is still the fear of grade deflation, which is the only thing that really troubles me.

To be a successful medical student in the future, which school would I have a better chance/learning in?

P.S.
I have visited both schools and loved both of them so the environment isn’t too much of a worry for me. Also, I got a lot of financial aid from both school so money isn’t in the discussion either. I just want to hear from pure academical aspect.

Thank you and please help!!!

you can assuredly become a doctor out of either of these fine schools.
