@suzyQ7 I won’t be able to visit the schools because of finance reasons. I could really care less about the religion t both schools.
Soze, nobody was saying Brandeis is a large impersonal university . I was saying that BC isn’t that ,( even though its twice the size of Brandeis and is a “Research 1” college now).
@jerryberry, Brandeis has a phenomenal reputation in the neuroscience community both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. In fact, I think it may be one of their most popular majors, and their graduates place very well into both MD and PhD programs. Not aware of any presence at all in the neuroscience field at Boston College, and not sure if they even have much research because few graduate students, but Boston College does have a great college football program so definitely a lot of school spirit.
I’ve decided to go to Boston College for personal reasons. I am going to try and plan to double major in Biology and Psychology. I feel that I would be a better fit at Boston College and would be happier there. Thank you to all who’ve helped me in making my decision!
