hey guys, currently a sophmore at Boston Uni and thinking of transferring. I just wanted to ask if it would it be a huge drop if i transferred to CUNY Baruch or Fordham. I know there a ton of networking oppurtunities at BU and alot of firms recruit on campus and BU is somewhat of a brand name. thus would i be losing too much if transferred to the schools mentioned above?

Transferring for financial/personal reasons, FYI

at the moment, im set on majoring in accounting, possibly double major with accounting and finance. I know alot of big4 companys come to Fordham, and deloitte is a big fan of BU. In terms of finance and bank firms, im not sure how strong each school is in attracting recruits.

I left BU (CGS) after the first semester, because I realized that in no way is BU worth $196,000 or whatever ridiculous amount of money it is. I had the intention of going into SMG. They have some good connections and all that, but I think I can get the same, if not better education, plus good connections at a state school back home for just over the price of one year at BU. BU also did not have the major I decided on.

BU is a fine school and all, but in no way is it worth that kinda dough. I'd go with Baruch.
