Boston University EARLY DECISION

So Boston University is my top choice school, but I am also applying to some schools around the area such as Northeastern, Brandeis and a few others.
My school unweighted gpa is a bit low, 3.3/4 and my weighted is about 4.0/5. I am however taking AP Calculus and AP Government this year, and took an AP language junior year and honors math classes freshman and sophomore years. I also showed steady improvement over all four years, the biggest leap was sophomore-junior. I plan on studying pre-med and biology.

My total SAT score is a 2080
I got a 790 on the SAT 2 Level 2
and I just took my bio subject test, and believe I got about a 650.

I do have a wide range of extracurriculars though, and assuming that my essays are pretty good, what do you think my chances of being accepted are if applying early decision?!?! I keep hearing about people with lower scores getting in, or with higher ones getting rejected. So confusing!
