i feel ok :p. So basically i have to wait one year until i can transfer. not bad, could be worse

2220 SAT, 4.05 W GPA, great ECs. Annoyed I didn’t get the national merit finalist scholarship, but that’s what I get for a low gpa, so w/e.
Accepted with 3.7 UW gpa, 31 ACT, 9 ap classes. Captain on debate team, NHS president, and did MUN for several years. My “Why BU?” essay was pretty good and the common app essay was just okay.
My financial aid package is pretty big ($46,000) but about $8500 of that is loans. Do you guys think it’s worth it to go into that much debt? My other option is a large state school with in state tuition.
