I’m pretty sure I applied to CAS and I don’t remember selecting CGS but I got into CGS.
I did not expect this at all as this was a medium-high choice but I am really happy rn:)
I got rejected from NYU ED and JHU. Accepted to SBU, Stevens IT, Rutgers, and Fordham.
congratulations to everyone that got in! and if you did not, you have so much awaiting you and good things will come.
DD was waitlisted – 3.8 UW/4.3 Weighted GPA, 33 ACT. Applied as a Poli Sci major. She is crushed. This has been her dream school since she was 11. It’s so hard when a kid gets their heart set on a particular school. We are out of state (California) and traveled to Boston to do a tour. Not sure the next step. She was WL at Northeastern too which she likes but not as much as BU and in at several of what she considered safeties but are now her main choices – campuses we forced her to apply to in case “the worst” happened and she didn’t get into either BU or NEU. Ugh.
Does BU admit by college or major? On the acceptance letter it only said You have been admitted to the College of Arts & Sciences and did not specify my major.
Accepted to CAS, multiracial female from CA
~3.7UW (w/ extenuating circumstances) and like a 4.1W? (school doesn’t have weighted gpas)
1490 SAT
kind of a unique spread of ECs (music, martial arts, some clubs) and volunteer hours
Very happy and super surprised
I know I’ve seen others ask this but haven’t seen an answer. Sorry if I missed it. Does anyone know how to find out about scholarships that were applied for - that weren’t the Presidents or Trustees Scholarships? It’s not showing up anywhere on the portal.
